DCM / Structured Products Lawyer
The team handles all transaction-related matters for the bank's DCM business - everything beyond origination and pre-syndication, including technical management of transaction structuring and execution, close and direct liaison with external advisers, implementation of regulatory and best practice requirements, and gearing for new markets.
Applications are welcome from qualified lawyers with 2-3 years solid post-qualification experience gained either in the Debt capital Markets or debt financing law firm practice, or in a corresponding role with a reputable financial institution. You will have excellent English communication skills, an eye for detail and an energetic and motivated spirit.
