Dealerboard/Turret/Voice Specialist
Senior Voice Support Engineer – Etrali / Nice / Jade / Verint / Dealerboard
Dealerboard / Voice Support Engineer required for my financial banking client based in London, to provide professional Eterali Dealerboard and NICE Voice Recording support.
Candidates will be required to:
- Ensure the 1st 2nd Line Dealerboard hardware and software within the London Trading room environment business areas.
- Ensure the 1st 2nd line support of Nicelog Voice recording hardware and software within the London Trading room environment business areas.
- Ensure the 1st line Video Conferencing hardware and software within the London branch office meeting room environments business areas.
- Provide 1st line Proteus call management hardware and software support service to the business.
Candidates will be required to be familiar with the following technologies:
Dealerboards (Etrali Mach 3D, Jade)
Voice Recording (Nice Log 8.9, Verint i360 desired);
Proteus Call Management hardware and software (desired)
Video Conferencing (Tandberg C-Series, Creston desired)
