As part of the debt advisory business you will either work across a broad range of sectors or if you have a particular specialism there will be the opportunity to focus on one particular sector. As part of a boutique you will gain exposure to senior bankers on transactions. You will primarily be responsible for building financial models and producing valuations on advisory mandates, in addition to being the point of contact with internal (other advisory teams) and external (clients) stakeholders.
Suitable candidates will have a background in debt transactions developed either in an advisory or lending role. Candidates coming from a lending background will either have infrastructure finance or leveraged finance high yield experience. Candidates will possess strong financial modelling and analysis skills and be good interpersonally.
