Debt Capital Markets
Our client is one of the leading banks in the region with a strong investment and wholesale banking franchise in Singapore.
They are seeking to hire a highly driven individual to join their Investment Banking – Debt Capital Markets department which is an active player in the local and regional debt capital markets and structured products space.
Job Scope
- To work with various business units to identify opportunities, market, originate and execute debt financing transactions including syndication, corporate loans, project financing (including limited recourse and non-recourse financing) and acquisition financing
- To originate and execute debt capital markets transactions such as bonds, establishment of MTN programs and executing issuance from such programs
- To work with syndication teams (both loans syndication and fixed income sale) to ensure successful distribution of all originated transaction
- To manage all documentation matters during transaction execution phase
- To work with agency team on all post-closing matters
Requirements
- Possess good university degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance or Business
- Have 5-15 years of relevant experience in debt origination and/or syndication
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong financial analysis and credit skills
- Independent, self-motivated and strong in interpersonal skills
