Risk Management and Control Manager
Are you an experienced risk management professional with a proven track record of providing advice to financial service clients on regulatory risk management? If so, this market leading accounting and consultancy firm is looking for a Risk Control Manager to join their practice.
The successful candidate will help lead the development of this firm's risk management practice in Singapore, and across the wider South East Asia region. This is a broad role, and the successful candidate will be expected to provide advice to clients, participate in industry briefings and provide support to audit engagement teams, as well as a host of other activities.
With at least eight years relevant experience, the successful candidate will have a background in internal audit, consultancy or risk management. The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of the laws and regulations relating to capital and risk management within Singapore and across the wider South East Asia region including a detailed knowledge of the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, MAS 111, MAS 637 etc.
Candidates should have an excellent academic record and those with relevant professional qualification (CPA, FRM, CFA) will be considered favourably. Strong leadership skills are essential for this position, as are polished presentation and communication skills.
