Debt and Credit Controller Job for a South London local authority.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Credit and Collection Team Leader to join a team of Credit Collectors responsible for the collection of sundry debts, company and individual debts. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting a team of credit controllers in account management, process management and responding to customer issues to ensure KPIs are met and income is maximised.
The Person
Knowledge of collection systems is essential, along with previous credit control position and supervisory experience. In addition, you should demonstrate a methodical attitude, excellent management and proficient communication skills, plus ability to show accuracy in reporting to senior management.
