A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal to join a well respected and established law firm based in Derby.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will deal with debt recovery matters from initial point of instruction,
Responsibilities will include dealing with clients and maintaining good working relationships, dealing with debtors to resolve disputes and negotiate payments, issuing letters before action, proceedings and dealing with enforcement procedures.
Skills
· Educated to degree level
· Previous legal experience (1 year minimum)
· LPC qualification
