AESR is operated by senior consultants with extensive banking experiences ranging from amongst others, corporate /investment banking, structured trade commodities financing, credit and corporate debt recovery environments.
We are seeking applications from investment banking/corporate finance background with strong exposure to debt restructuring.
Job Scope
- Manage NPL account
- Formulate and implement debt restructuring proposals with the aim of maximising recoveries and minimising losses.
- Carry out debt restructuring negotiations
- Review impaired asset portfolio and propose appropriate provisioning
- Handle legal documentation and compliance matters
- Guide and mentor junior members
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications required with minimum 8 years' experience in debt restructuring and risk management
- Experience and working knowledge in multiple industries, different jurisdictions and capital market products.
- Asian workout experience required
- Strong analytical skills and also cash flow modelling capabilities.
- Strong communication skills required (both oral and written) and strong negotiation skills
- Proactive and confident and able to work independently.
