Debt Solutions Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Debt Solutions Advisor's to join our client based in Trafford Park on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the largest and longest established providers of financial solutions in the UK. Offering competitive basic salary from 15K to 23K depending on experience and realistic bonus and company benefits.
You must be flexible to work Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturday 9am to 1pm
This is a customer service role to assist customers through their journey. The advisor will be responsible for reviewing all income and expenditure of a customer who wants helps with their debts, exploring and probing into customer's financial circumstances to obtain a clear understanding of their needs. After obtaining this data and dealing with any queries advisor's will guide them to the services they are eligible for.
