Debt Transaction Management, Spanish speaker recruitment
The role entails:
- Responsibility for structuring and executing a broad spectrum of transactions, from straightforward refinancing to complex corporate and highly structured project finance type transactions.
- Responsibility for managing the flow of transactions for which he or she is responsible for - including the timely escalation of any problems/issues and ensuring that commercial risks are adequately covered through the various protections in the documents.
- Liaising with the Debt Finance Originators, Relationship Directors, Credit, Portfolio, Legal and Compliance.
Candidates should possess:
• Experience in process and deal-team management.
• Previous experience of structuring and negotiating loans whether as a banker or in-house or private practice lawyer.
• Experience arranging syndicated loans including managing bank groups.
• Knowledge of arranging PFI, property, MBO/LBOs or project financing deals.
• Fluency in Spanish
• Incisive analytical ability to resolve and minimise credit and legal risk issues.
• Developed influencing and negotiation skills.
