I am representing a Global well Wealth Management bank situated in the heart of London who is seeking an enthusiastic Operational Risk Manager to lead to apply Risk Management Framework and culture to this Wealth Management firm. This global bank has an excellent reputation within the market and with consistently rising profits and a commitment to a productive and successful working culture.
Your responsibility will encompass the Operational Risk structure for the UK region and will deal with senior colleagues on a global capacity.
Responsibilities
Identify and address weaknesses in current Operational Risk Framework
Managing and challenging stakeholders to ensure a strong Risk Management culture
Act as subject matter expert for Operational Risk issues
Manage stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
Experience within a Wealth Management or a Private bank
Experience in improving an Operational Risk framework
The ability to work independently and use initiative
Experience in establishing KRI’s / KPI’s and identifying weaknesses
