Delivery Lead/Engagement Manager
The role requires an seasoned French Speaking, Sales focused delivery lead, with proven experience working in the services industry supporting Capital Markets. The role will involve owning Paris Based Accounts, improving delivery management processes, monitoring and resolving issues, and the expansion of client relationships. The right candidate will have at least 10 years experience delivering and managing full lifecycle tech solutions, ideally with a large global IT Services Provider or a Big 5 Consultancy. In addition, at least 5 years experience in Capital Markets is vital. Direct experience of managing service delivery revenue and running major transformational and transition programs is vital. You will also be a Project/Program Manager with a discernible structured delivery methodology background.
