THE COMPANY
Award winning, global provider of trading technology to investment banks surrounding equities and derivatives is looking for a delivery manager to join their London team. My client has a global presence with offices located in the premier trading cities and a network of datacentres to help them cater for huge trading volumes and top tier investment banks.
THE ROLE
As a delivery manager you will be coordinating the delivery of system implementations and upgrades by managing clients and working with various internal teams including; support, business analysts, Account Managers, Development, Implementation and Product Experts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyse and understand client requirements
* Manage the implementation and upgrade of the solution in line with the contract
* Understand the impact of the project on the client business and ensure everything is done to minimise disruption
* Communicate between internal teams and the client
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working with financial software
* Knowledge of equities trading
* An analysis background
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* Experience with working to strict timescales
