This is a PL supervisory role within the Delta One Product Controllers team. Business Unit areas include; Core Desk (primary and secondary), Portfolio Products Desk, Investment Products Desk and Systematic Trading.

The individual will:
• Take on responsibility for reviewing daily Profit Loss control role for secondary trading activities. This includes client driven and proprietary business and encompasses European and Emerging Markets.
• Implement Single Balance Sheet across Delta One
• Lead EMEA Delta One PX adjustment reduction initiatives
• Produce market commentaries and report on performance of desk.
• Be daily liaison for the Developed Core and EM Desk
• Review month end PL and balance sheet production.
• Undertake quarterly FRP analysis
• Run project work (including systems re-engineering and market expansion)

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.
• High guardianship - the candidate will be much focused on guardianship and ensuring that exceptions are identified, resolved and escalated on a timely basis.
• Ability to analyse and present large quantities of data
• High organisational ability - ability to manage time effectively and manage own workload
• Ability to quickly understand and pick up issues.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Product control experience essential.
• Knowledge of IT systems (e.g. Word, excel) and proven ability of adapting to new systems.
