The Practice Manager will be part of the management team within a Dental Centre facility, with responsibility to the Senior Dentist. They will be responsible for the administration, organisation and management of the Dental facility and for ensuring efficiency, discipline and welfare of the medical facility personnel.
Previous experience of Dental Centre Management duties with satisfactory outcomes including the management of Healthcare Governance is essential as well as proof of sufficient Continuing Professional Development (CPD) being undertaken at appropriate intervals. You must be computer literate and a confident experienced user of DMICP. You will be required to have previous experience of Risk Management and Planning and Resource Management.
Candidates are required to be appropriately indemnified and insured and have relevant qualifications in Healthcare Management.
