Position Description:
- The Deputy AML Due Diligence Manager ('Deputy') assists the AML Due Diligence Manager with the oversight of the team of analysts responsible for Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of new and existing clients.
- The Deputy also helps oversee reviews of Politically Exposed Persons and various periodic client reviews.
- The Deputy provides subject matter expertise regarding legal and regulatory client due diligence requirements.
- The Deputy also assists with responding to regulatory and audit inquiries about the Firm's Enhanced Due Diligence program.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years managing or assisting with managing due diligence team at U.S. broker dealer or bank.
Thorough knowledge of U.S. legal and regulatory client due diligence requirements for U.S. broker dealers.
Skills Desired:
Spanish speaker preferred.
