Sales Manager – Online Trading recruitment
They are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee a new fast growing vertical in the provision of Binary Options online trading to an international client base.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for recruiting and managing an outbound sales team, which will involve training the team, setting KPI's and conducting performance reviews. You will oversee two teams, one focusing on the conversion of leads into depositing clients and the other on the retention of existing clients. You will also be responsible for the management of budget including staffing incentives, promotions and associated retention costs.
You will have previous experience as a Sales Manager in an online trading brokerage. Product knowledge of FX, CFD's and Spread betting is essential, with an understanding of Binary Options also desirable. You will also have experience of training and coaching a sales team to successful performance.
