Deputy Director of Applications Administration recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Organization of the Department’s activities;
- Organization of development and timely updating documentation regulating activities of the Department;
- Analysis of compliance of Department’s staff structure and qualifications of its employees to assigned tasks;
- Organization of the maintenance of efficiency and topicality of banking applications;
- Functional management of staff of Departments Automate Branches, in part of support of banking applications;
- Providing decision of incidents, problems and service requests related to applications functioning;
- Organization of control of automated processes and tasks software application that is passed to the support of the Department;
- Organization of support systems applied to the contours of the working and test circuits.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical);
- Experience in IT in banks – 5 years +;
- Successful experience of managing a Department, responsible for the maintenance of banking systems / applications from 3 years;
- Skills of development of organizational and technical documentation.
