Deputy General Manager
Based in Dubai, one of the worlds’ largest, most recognized Sugar refineries are growing at a rapid pace. They are keen to add someone of the highest Seniority to their team.
Salary: $180,000 USD
The purpose of the job is to execute trading strategies including futures/ options and derivates on the exchange and OTC market
The responsibilities will include.
- Minimized commodity market risk, managing the futures, options and derivatives book.
- Build and maintain relationships with commodities desk/suppliers/Clearing houses and OTC market makers
- Implement pricing policies
- Negotiating terms and conditions with large international institutions for derivative and OTC products
- Execution - To Initiate futures options and derivative trading strategies / unwind the Hedge positions
- To analyse global market fundamentals
Skills / Attributes required
- 10-12 years of experience in Commodities physical, futures and derivatives trading
- Deep and intricate knowledge of the Sugar markets
- Management experience is ideal with large global financial institutions
- Strong list of clients and contacts in the market
- The right to live and work in Dubai
