You will be managing a team of 5 collateral managers dedicated to supporting the SIP (Physical commodity) product.

Key Roles Responsibilities
- You will have performance management responsibility for staff members. Overseeing the management of substantial commodity portfolios across the metals, agri and energy sectors.
- Overseeing efficient and accurate monitoring, control and reporting of stocks in warehouse and transit with team responsibilities including authorisation to funds/stock release, warehouse due diligence (including visits as appropriate) and making declarations under the bank's insurance policy.
- Frequent communication with stakeholders and business partners as well as external parties.
- Candidate is responsible for management of the current roadmap for CMT SIP support as well as new ideas and innovations to further drive the CMT value add going forward.
Qualifications Skills
- Knowledge of commodities and their markets.
- Understanding of SIP/FM related commodity products.
- Proficient in XL.
- Proven people management skills.
- Highly professional communication skills.
