Deputy Head of Compliance in Private Banking recruitment
Our client, an International Banking Group, is looking for a candidate to fill in the following position:
Deputy Head of Compliance, Private Banking
Duties:
- Liaize with regulatory authorities
- Regulatory inspection or investigation
- Handle potential compliance breaches and complaints
- Identify and control compliance risks and monitoring
- Advise business and functions on compliance and regulatory issues
- Approval authority on account opening, review and closure matters; new products and services etc
- Provide training to internal staff on compliance issues
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 10 years and above compliance experience in Banking with team management experience
- Familiar with private banking operations or equivalent
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
