The CITS program is one of SRA’s largest projects. At $300M over 5 years, and over 250 FTEs, it is directly visible to SRA’s senior executive team. The CITS program is performing ground-breaking work in designing technical and IT service solutions that are at the forefront of DoD’s strategic direction. This program also has the oversight and sponsorship of the DoD CIO.

The position provides a clear path to program leadership, and with the proper growth in the market, for leadership within the Europe and Africa markets. This highly visible position will be the springboard for senior-level promotion opportunities. This position is one that demands a team-first mindset, but one that also places a high value on the ability to make decisions and determine courses of action without constant senior level supervision.

The Deputy Program Manager will be collaborating with the Program Manager, the other members of the management team, our team counterparts and the SRA Business Group and SBU management teams on crucial issues. This successful candidate in this position will have a great deal of latitude in determining program direction for our customer, however the accomplishment of this program direction requires coordination and deconfliction of competing priorities in a team environment. This includes working on tactical issues, developing customer briefings, responding to corporate data calls, and identifying ways to continuously improve overall customer satisfaction.10+Bachelors• 2-3 years experience managing large teams (100-200 employees)
• Experience with capture and proposal for large scale (greater than $35M) contracts/re-competes
• Background in Enterprise IT Service Management (data center, network, SOC, help desk) with large projects
• ITIL Foundations certified
• Experience with performance-based contracts

• Understanding of applications and network systems similar to those in use at HQ USEUCOM and HQ USAFRICOM.
• Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
