Deputy Regional Vice President – Agency & Broker Channel Management recruitment
We represent a global financial services firm with more than 50 million clients and operations in more than 100 countries. They offer a wide variety of consumer and corporate products.
Major responsibilities:
- Develop long and short-term departmental business plans, objectives and execution strategies
- Work with the management to develop production budgets and sales training strategies
- Provide expert analysis and forecasting for all aspects of sales and agency trends
- Review planned objectives and re-assess market developments for opportunities
- Execute and monitor sales plan and analyze results; prioritizing tactical and strategic solutions when necessary
- Facilitate development of realistic and measurable action items from identified sales priorities
- Direct organizational/structural and personnel enhancements to keep pace with market trends
- Act as a mentor to Country Agency Managers and facilitate regular communication meetings with them when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written and communication skills necessary for interacting with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
- Ability to use knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
