DEPUTY TREASURY DIRECTOR recruitment
Job purpose
- Work closely with the Senior Treasury Director and manage the treasury functions of a subsidiary
- Manage and maintain relationships with the banks
- Provide effective funding and project financing decision support to the group
- Prepare and maintain long / short term cash forecasts, provide analysis on optimal capital structure, financing strategies and underlying cash flow risks.
- Oversee the cash flow planning and pooling in Hong Kong
Experience
- Qualified finance professional and university graduate with at least 10 years relevant finance and treasury experience
- Previous experience gained from bank and or sizeable organisation
- Strong experience and knowledge of different banking and corporate finance products.
- Sensitivity to business cycles and their impact on liquidity, interest rates and currency trends along with the ability to identify and analyze market variables.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
