Derivative Client Service Anayst
Hays Banking are currently recruiting for a Derivative Confirmation Client Service Analyst to work for a large global investment bank based in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team that will offer a fantastic career opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
Maintaining a portfolio of clients, reducing outstanding and working to Targets.
Checking and Chasing of Equity Derivatives contracts.
Building and sustaining, strong working relationships with internal lines of business within Derivatives and Middle office groups.
Liaising with a dedicated client base to ensure any issues are addressed in a timely and professional fashion.
Ensuring that all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
Understand and ensure compliance with, control and regulatory requirements
Participate in the implementation of Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in daily workflow
To proactively identify any recurring issues and escalate accordingly.
Ownership and resolution of all exceptions and queries relating to Derivative Trades
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience
Derivative experience
Client Service experience
Banking/Finance experience
