Derivatives Implementation Consultant, VP recruitment

Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of multiple projects or single, large, complex project.
• Make decisions on the effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations. 
• Consult on opportunities to increase quality, productivity and control.  Drives revised policies, procedures and processes.
• Oversee implementation projects being performed within department.  Provides on going direction in the development and management of project plans.  Oversees the development of implementation recommendations and action plans.
• Serve as lead client relationship manager and manages client expectations. 
• Investigate inquiries from various State Street organizations and follows through to ensure that implementation problems and issues are addressed.
• Oversee communication to client groups.
• Coach others on preparing various statuses, activity and performance reports for senior management.
• Provide counsel as a technical, subject matter resource for systems and client staff.

Problem Resolution:
• Set the strategic direction for the resolution of extremely complex and high impact implementation problems
• Work across organizations to develop consensus and communicate decisions.

Communication:
• Instruct, guide and supervise implementation team in documenting project requirements with clear, concise language, consistent with the requirements methodology framework.
• Uses a broad array of communication vehicles to lead, direct, and facilitate implementation efforts.

Process:
• Partners with technology and business managers providing overall strategic leadership in developing and maintaining disciplined processes.
• Oversees complex internal process effectiveness.
