Derivatives Risk Manager – Commodities Trader recruitment
This highly profitable, renowned commodities player has created an exciting opportunity on its trading desk alongside one other derivatives risk manager.
This role would entail:
• Working very closely with the traders to ensure accurate trade data and reporting
• Monitoring and reporting positions and profit-and-loss, providing appropriate commentary.
• Monitoring pricing exposure, and ensure that hedging is executed in line with the trading team’s requirements and company policy.
• Project based development of new bespoke systems and reports.
Candidates will be bright, articulate, with strong interpersonal skills, highly numerate and a strong educational background. Any experience of Excel / basic programming is advantageous. Please note candidates must have had experience within either a bank, physical house, or fund.
