Design and Change Control

You will be required to provide Project Management of the Execution and Payment Quality Assurance aspect of a regulatory project they are undertaking in connection with the sale of interest rate hedging products.
 

Duties include:
•Establish and implement the QA framework and methodology to assure that final redresses have been accurately and completely execute within agreed timeframe.
•Participate in Policy issues and take a leading role on those that impact Execution to ensure that they are clearly and adequately defined and signed off by the relevant key stakeholders( e.g. Fraud Risk, Compliance etc)
•Develop adequate MI to track Execution QA progress.
•Manage and establish the QA support team to ensure that progress is tracked and issues are escalated and reported.
•Perform QA checks and process walkthroughs/reviews to assure that controls designed to support redress execution are adequate and effective.
•Document and follow through findings of the QA and highlight issues/ exceptions for escalation as and when they arise. Ensure consistency for QA MI reporting, issues logging other documentation filing in the QA shared folder.
•Ensure sufficient evidence has been retained by the Execution team that supports the required audit trail.

Experience of working in a complex control and risk environment within IB/ products with specific exposure to trade capture and payment processes and controls is essential, along with experience in delivering high quality independent control assessments, with preferred Audit background to review and challenge.
