Market Manager
At the RBS Customer Solutions Group (CSG) Transaction Services UK (TS UK) team, we believe that delivering the international agenda for clients is paramount and will secure untapped potential for RBS. Two-thirds of UK businesses feel this is a good time to increase their overseas trade. TS UK is present in 34 countries and has partner banks in a further 24.
We can accommodate most businesses’ international requirements, offering a wide spread of solutions to meet clients' changing needs. These include basic trade or cash payment products, facilitating presence overseas as well as more complex cash and trade solutions, which link global business seamlessly back to the home market.
As Market Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute fully to the achievement of the CSG and TS Channels vision
- Ensure that the product offering meets the needs of clients, delivering competitive advantage in our chosen markets
- Develop customer / origination tools that assist customers in selecting the solutions that match their needs
- Develop communications that support and establish strong value propositions for channels
- Drive consistency in approach to positioning of the product and to drive specific product activities and initiatives that deliver the agreed financial and volumetric targets
To be successful as a Market Manager you’ll have extensive transaction services experience with a market leading institution. You will possess a strong track record of developing and cultivating client relationships with the ability to converse at both a technical and solution level as required.
