Our client is one of the world's leading IT solution provider. Its office in Cork is currently recruiting for twp Desk-side support agents for a 2 month contract to join its operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic technical team in their Software product development area. We are looking for Creative and dynamic 'ideas' people to join our cutting edge IT team.
A candidate looking to apply for a role in Desk-side Support would have the following technical skills (but not limited to):
Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Windows XP Windows 7 Workstation
Microsoft Suite of Products
Microsoft Exchange Outlook Mail Access 97
Lotus Notes
PC Laptop / Desktop Hardware
Microsoft Operating System Image Deployment
Support Communications Software Hardware, example iPhones
Blackberry.
Support Networking Interfaces / Protocols - network troubleshooting.
Physical installation and connection of PC/Blackberry/iPhone to
network.
Fluent in English
Other skills:
Strong communication skills
Experience working with customers
Experience working with an on site team
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for IT support and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Working and delivering to target metrics, e.g. SLAs, productivity.
Prior Level 1.5 or Level 2 support
