Job Description:
This position features:
Provides phone and in-person support to users including e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications. Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems. Shall effectively and professionally communicate with customers as well as other IT support elements.
Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Experience in a helpdesk environment.
Experience supporting Active Directory based windows platforms
Desired certifications:
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or higher
Help Desk shift work with rotating 8 hour shifts.
