Responsibilities:

Our skilled Information Technology team in Florida is looking for an analytical problem solver with advanced troubleshooting skills that will add expertise to our Sarasota office. Your ability to consult with internal clients and solve problems will eliminate recurrences and reduce calls to the Help Desk. Your primary reponsibility will be Desktop Support but there will be secondary responsibilities including Server, Storage, and Backup Administration as well. Responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

As the ideal candidate, you are an MCSA/MCSE and have a post secondary Information Technology diploma. You possess a minimum of 2 years on the front line as a Desktop Support Analyst and have proven competence with Windows 7/XP Professional, MS Office Suite, Anti Virus software and protection procedures, MS Lync, and HP printers. Experience with supporting advanced users of AutoCAD 2008/2011, and Adobe products will be considered a definite asset. Your expertise also includes a solid knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstations.
