Desktop Support in a Dynamic Online Trading Firm recruitment

Responsibilities of the role:
- Technical support on installing, configuring and optimizing desktop/laptop/MacBook/printers, and assist to support the Windows servers and network equipment for trading system.
- Troubleshoot the Windows servers and network equipment for trading system.
- Works with vendors for the work of installation and maintenance of third-party systems.
- Support of desktop and enterprise infrastructure (both office and data center).
- Documentation of system and platform issues.
Requirements of the role:
- 1 – 5 years of work experience in IT infrastructure.
- Strong technical skill in supporting Windows 7, Windows 2008 and MacBook.
- Experience in IT helpdesk/desktop support environment.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Young and enthusiastic
- Fluent in English, Chinese reading / Cantonese speaking would be a plus
