The Game Developer Account Team is looking for a technically savvy Developer Account Manager to own and drive the relationship with 3rd party development partners to coordinate high end support, and to make great Xbox, Windows PC, and Windows Phone titles become even greater through close collaboration and partnership. Working with the Xbox Platform and LIVE teams, the Advanced Technology Group, Game Developer Support, and many others, you will be the primary point-of-contact in the Game Developer Account Team for game development studios to get help with Xbox, Windows, and Windows Phone technologies. Successful candidates will understand external partner needs and be able to prioritize and articulate those needs with the respective internal partner teams to drive features, fixes, and other resource allocations. You will help them take advantage of the power of Microsoft's gaming platforms through your knowledge of our platform features and initiatives, and most importantly you will help them raise the bar in gaming. Requirements: Great communication skills, organization, the ability to multitask, ensuring timely and thorough follow through, and a constant drive to find mutual wins for Microsoft and our game development and publishing partners.
