Volt is looking is for self motivated, tech savvy individuals who can provide world class client support for Developer Support Advisors for the World's Computer Industry leader. Responsibilities include enrolling new clients, offering online navigation help and escalating technical issues. You will be enrolling App Developers who either work for small to medium size companies and/or large corporations. This Program will allow Developers access to the latest technical resources and pre-release software to assist in creating the most innovative applications. This fast paced environment requires technical aptitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Requirements:
*1-2 years of proven customer service experience.
*Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
*Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
*Ability to communicate professionally both orally and written
*Must be reliable, a quick thinker, and posses a positive attitude
*Technical aptitude
*Excellent researching skills
*Ability to effectively multi-task and self manage
*Prefer MAC software experience
