The Dialer Report Specialist is responsible for providing PayPal Collections support via dialer file loading, file placement analysis, performance reporting and performance analysis. This individual will support strategies in conjunction with US teams, create agency Key Performance Indicators and integrate reporting across platforms. In addition, other infrastructure strategy support and testing for other critical dialer initiatives would be associated with this position as well as Dialer intensity analysis and reporting.

Develop and execute reporting related to strategy and analysis for Dialer Campaigns. Serve as the single point of resolution for internal customer requests for Dialer related data.

  1. Develop and maintain cross functional proficiency within selected departments, including Aspect Dialer product information within Risk Operations and Customer Service.
  2. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems and activities to prevent monetary losses as they relate to product functionality.
  3. Research and resolve inquiries verbally, in writing, and on-line.
  4. Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
  5. Responsible for attending ongoing training and developing knowledge in all areas of the department as well as industry knowledge relating to small businesses, risk management and on-line business practices.
  6. Perform related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:


1.
Direct experience in Microsoft Access report writing and database query.
2. Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience in a customer support environment; PayPal and eBay experience is preferred
4. Experience in Call Center Customer Support (Collections) or Customer Service.
5. Direct work experience in working with internal customer units, delivering complex reporting that address company needs for additional information.
6. BA/BS or Equivalent Experience

Basic Qualifications:
