Community LIFE is an organization that offers all-inclusive coordinated care that goes beyond the traditional boundaries of elder care. The Registered Dietician is responsible for individual nutrition assessment and care planning in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), individual and group education and counseling and oversight of the health and safety
aspects of food service. BS degree in nutrition or dietetics 1 yr. exp as a dietician/nutritionist working with the frail elderly population either in a hospital or nursing home setting.
Current American Dietetics
Association registration and PA licensure required.
