Exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager / Web Delivery Manager to own the delivery of a critical client facing digital platform for a leading global investment house.
Working within the eCommerce Technology team you will act as the key development lead for the online banking platform providing delivery to the UK and other regions as the role grows.
As the Digital Delivery Manager / Web Delivery Manager you will lead the team of 20 to 30 resources made up of direct, offshore resources and internal/external suppliers.
To be considered as a strong Digital Delivery Manager / Web Delivery Manager you must have the following experiences / skills:
- 5+ years technical delivery experience within the Financial Services Industry
- 5+ years experience in online transactional system development management
- Experience of both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
- Experience in the full SDLC
- Experience in OO design and delivery
- Detailed experience in J2EE, Hibernate, Struts and Ajax application development
- Detailed experience in relational DB design (Oracle/SQL)
- 5+ years experience in development team management within a matrix model leading third parties
