Rapid acquisition by the group has prompted expansive growth in their marketing function and the Digital Marketing Manager role offers a great opportunity to drive multiple brand digital marketing campaigns. This high performing business strives for excellence and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of promoting this excellence through the brands campaigns.

The Role

This superb opportunity offers a varied range of challenges to the Digital Marketing Manager who will work with researchers, agencies and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of corporate web properties and digital marketing campaigns for the group. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Services, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving forward the Group's overall online strategy, serving as lead subject matter expert on all digital marketing initiatives.

Specific activities for the role will include:

• Developing strategic digital marketing plans for all group brands.
• Manage the implementation of digital marketing plans, working with agencies as appropriate.
• Oversee the development, testing and roll-out of new websites and mobile products.
• Manage the group's relationships with job boards across the UK and Ireland.
• Agree SEO and SEM strategies and establish a robust set of metrics for digital activity.
• Perform ongoing research to continually evolve the group's web presence and enhance user experience.
• Participate in a virtual product development team to help shape the future of global web products.

The Candidate

The Digital Marketing Manager must have proven success in building a brand's digital offering in a proactive manner. Logical, strategic and smart-thinking - the successful candidate will thrive on the challenge of promoting the brand in an exciting and tough market.

Applicants will be required to have:

• Strong project management experience, working across functions to deliver to budget and deadline, gained in a large agency or corporate environment.
• Analytical approach, focused on metrics.
• Strong digital/online marketing experience, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment.
• Good knowledge of SEO and social media.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across multinational, multifunctional teams and comfortable working with senior executive stakeholders.
