Description
We currently have an opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Department. This position requires an individual who has a background in Marketing/Mass Communications; ability to develop marketing content and campaigns that complement corporate strategy and goals; is a systems thinker and problem-solver; has the ability to learn and apply new technologies; collaborates with a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the organization for input, feedback and new content.
Duties will include:
- Marketing to Banner’s end-user customers. Develop, organize and coordinate content for Banner’s public website, Bannerengineering.com. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Restructure and reorganize content currently on the website
- Create new product-specific landing pages
- Post news and events to website
- SEO implementation
- Ensure data and files from other systems are available on the appropriate pages of the site
- Administer the online store for web site
- eMarketing Campaigns and Communication:
- Manage Google AdWords pay-per-click campaigns; create various AdGroups, ad copy, incorporate keywords and determine appropriate landing pages
- Manage PPC budget and monthly reporting and analytics
- Manage social networking communication (Twitter and others)
- Interface with PR agency to write press releases and editorials
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Very organized and detail-oriented. Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
- Two to five years experience in communications position.
- Experience with communication software - CRM, email delivery, web site administration.
- Experience administering and integrating systems software.
