Position summary:
Seeking a skilled digital marketing communications/operations professional to join the Field Marketing and Communications unit within the Global Wealth Management Group (GWMG). Candidate will assist in developing and implementing digital marketing programs for a variety of internal business partners and Financial Advisors. They will manage ongoing campaign promotion and support. The Field Marketing and Communications unit is a team within Marketing that supports Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's (MSSB's) 17K+ Financial Advisors (FAs) with their online and offline personal branding/marketing tools and programs and manages our client loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Help implement and manage digital communications strategy/operations/campaigns
• Manage vendor relationships and project management to ensure timely and effective project deliverables
• Identify ways to expand and enhance ongoing programs to build greater FA participation and revenue generating success
• Help to promote digital offerings to increase FA awareness and effective utilization of those programs
• Conduct or help facilitate regular training for internal constituents to optimize FA and MSSB's Web presence
• Support interactions and engagement of Field advisory board, which provides regular input regarding digital marketing initiatives
• Monitor current performance of digital initiatives, publish metric reports and, if warranted, recommend enhancements
• Support interactions with key internal stakeholders from Legal, Compliance, etc., to ensure marketing campaign success.
• Occasional but infrequent travel

Skills Required:
• 3-5 years of Marketing Experience, financial services experience strongly preferred
• B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in business and/or marketing;
• Solid knowledge and experience in SEO, online advertising protocols, email marketing, social media, mobile marketing, direct/email marketing campaigns, etc.
• Metric and analytics reporting experience and knowledge
• QA and UAT testing protocol and planning for large scale web-based application releases
• Technical knowledge and experience with IE, Firefox, mobile OS and HTML development, etc., required
• Knowledge of the regulatory/compliance environment relative to online broker communications and demonstrable experience working with legal/compliance staff on such matters
• Demonstrated excellent writing skills; outstanding interpersonal and presentation communication skills with ability to comfortably interact with peers and all levels of Management
• Project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment
• Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship-building and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in pipeline management and reporting; demonstrated positive ROI on digital marketing campaigns
• Enthusiastic, motivated team player with strong creative abilities as well as an operational/process-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
