Our client is a work based community not-for profit service catering for children aged birth to 5 years. Open all year round they cater to the needs of working families, providing care between 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
This 45 place community based centre is seeking to employ a part-time Diploma qualified educator to provide the team with additional support for 15hrs per week during their busiest period. If you enjoy flexibility and variety this role is ideal. Your shifts can vary between 6am to 10pm over a 7 day week roster however presently the roster requires support Tue-Thursday between 3pm-8pm. You will need to be flexible, be effective with your communication and adaptable to changing situations. If you consider yourself to be an all rounder please read on and apply. Essential Criteria:
- Diploma qualifications
- Previous demonstrated experience working in long day care programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in teams
