About the Job
The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Campaign Executive to join the Member Marketing team. The primary focus of these roles is to develop and implement effective direct marketing campaigns whilst managing a team of Direct Campaign Coordinators.
Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing an effective member marketing campaign plan and associated tactical plans
- Management of the briefing processes and daily project management with internal stakeholders and agencies
- Assist in the development and ongoing usage of campaign reporting tools
- Management of a small marketing team including resourcing, supporting, guiding, mentoring, coaching and performance management.
The Candidate
A formal tertiary qualification in marketing or related discipline will be advantageous with a solid understanding direct marketing.

You must be able to engage and build successful working relationships with multiple stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes and meet business objectives.
