Direct to Consumer Acquisition Program Manager 2 (Client Dev Dir 1) recruitment
The DTC Acquisition Program Manager 2 (Client Development Director 1) which is a C14 level, Senior Vice President position - will be responsible for developing and leading traditional digital programs for the Acquisition business model to acquire new mortgage customers and create Citi clients. The Program Manager will manage the programs driven or facilitated through Traditional Digital communication strategies in order to develop a new business model for Direct to Consumer. Among other DTC-A initiatives, the Program Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the internal Partnership business to develop programs for the Partnership channel. This would include leveraging learnings from the DTC Acquisition business, particularly in the digital space. For external partners who allow us to market on their site, such programs will allow us to drive new business and to provide education and tools to consumers on their sites. The Program Manger will develop programs that help to create the interest and engage the potential customer and realtor to work with Citi for their home purchase. The Program Manager will provide the leadership to execute the strategy for the Digital business development and will lead the multi-discipline team through execution, analysis and iterative development. The Program Manager will be responsible for the online customer experience and the resulting business metrics through digital programs with an integrated experience on the web and holistic e-communication strategy based on customer centric tools and communication options. The Program Manager will partner with Marketing and Decision Management teams to develop innovative strategies to capture business opportunities through optimizing online marketing strategies, targeting and optimization strategies combined with business management. The Manager will be responsible for managing the investment and ensuring the return for the digital programs, development and communication strategies. Collaboration with key partners to develop and implement the strategy and influencing across the organization will be required to meet the goals. Manager will contribute to the point of sale strategy and execution to leverage the digital capabilities and collaboration across the Citi franchise to optimize and drive multi-product client relationships. The Acquisition Manager will have responsibility for partnering with sales and operations to develop an online team to drive the Acquisition business in the digital space with web-based tools and a client-centric approach. The sales goals and capacity will be defined by the Digital Strategy and Business goals.
Duties:
- Develop strategies to build the DTC-A business through a Direct to Consumer model within the current online space and defining the opportunities in the evolving digital environment.
- Leverage internet marketing and web-based customer interaction models to optimize the client experience and the digital program effectiveness.
- In collaboration cooperation with the Citi Partnership team, develop strategies to build the Digital business model within the current online space and defining the opportunities in the evolving digital environment. Ensure flawless integration with the rest of the Citi online experiences.
- In collaboration cooperation with the Citi Partnership team, leverage internet marketing and web-based customer interaction models to optimize the client experience and the digital program effectiveness. This includes mobile experiences.
- Maximize customer contact and the growth of our online businesses and build our brand in the online space.
- Support digital space strategy and planning and while leading digital program execution based on digital business knowledge, digital marketing expertise and partnership with the online marketing team.
- Help to define and drive the DTC web strategy; business and client needs, to deliver an integrated online experience for the DTC clients while optimizing the business results and the cross-sell opportunity
- Partner to develop the digital marketing strategy including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing campaigns, web merchandising, affiliate and mobile marketing programs, ad networks, display advertising and social media, cross-sell promotions and editorial/interactive online content. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget and drive the volume and profitability results defined in the plan.
- Provide leadership and direction for the team implementing the strategy through Program Management expertise. Facilitate, lead and drive the program execution through partnership across the organization, thought and business leadership and business and digital expertise.
- Partner across the organization and with Agencies through Digital conferences to gather market intelligence to identify best practices and adjust strategies and execution plans as required.
- Manage business and digital Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to ensure optimal spend and returns as well as customer experience for digital programs. Utilize proven strategies for data tracking and attribution to make business management decisions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience of business management with a digital and finance emphasis
- Experience with digital strategy development and execution within the internet space including but not limited to Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), natural search, email marketing campaigns, web merchandising, affiliate and mobile programs, ad networks, display advertising and social media
- Business decision management in the digital space utilizing tools such as Omniture for site catalyst and test and target functionality in order to optimize volume and NBT
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a finance or Marketing emphasis, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Proven business or marketing leader able to deliver significant NBT results while delivering on volume and customer experience goals
- Ability to lead and manage cross functional teams in order to drive and meet the business goals
- Excellent financial management skills
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project/program management skills. Proven skill in organization, work planning, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed environment
- Commitment to excellence, high level of energy and a strong desire to learn.
- Project Management and Campaign Implementations experience highly preferred
- Analytical and Collaboration skills
