Director – Client Management Information recruitment
Candidates must have deep experience of wholesale banking process, strategy and business products, exposure to client performance management metrics and experience in handling a senior set of stake-holders across the Origination Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Global Markets (Investment banking/Corporate Finance) for this role. This role will be focused on the functionality of the systems and will be required to build strong relationships with the development and infrastructure teams.
Key Roles Responsibilities
Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish strong rapport with key Senior Stake-holders across business and finance streams across the globe, including Regional / Country Finance teams, Business Finance heads and Sales.
- Act as a single point of contact for the Management Information services – both risk and performance – to ensure that all end user requirements are captured, prioritized and delivered
- End-to-end data flow / processing / quality assurance and reporting of all components connected with the MI activity
- Manage business priorities for new projects / initiatives / change requests, involving cross business functional committees
- Establish / manage a robust working relationship with the Service Delivery team for running of the operational processes on a BAU basis
- Lead initiatives and provide a roadmap that will facilitate maturing of the Client MI platform.
- Provide support to the Head of Finance Systems in terms of product requirements / budgeting / forecasting of forward load etc.
Qualifications
- Exposure to working in a Customer MI stake-holder management role in a multinational bank with exposure to project management disciplines
- Experience in managing senior stake-holders and having a good grasp on the Performance Management frame-work / expectations in a similar sized organization
- Prior experience in managing inter-relationships between teams is mandatory
- Cross cultural working experience is preferred
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills including a track record in delivery on commitments
- Ability to manage and influence virtual teams and matrix responsibilities to achieve goals
