Director – MIS / Performance Reporting Change recruitment
Key Responsibilities :
Driving the strategy for the Finance roadmap, with a focus on MIS and Performance Reporting
Working with key stakeholders to identify process and procedural issues
Helping to redefine their budgeting and forecasting processes regionally
Work closely with team such as Operational Risk and New Business to help prepare finance for new regulatory or product driven issues
Help develop KPI’s and project deliverables to ensure that all new initiatives are run in a timely and cost-effective manner
Manage and motivate the existing Change team
Required Experience :
- At least 10 years Banking experience , with extensive MIS/Performance driven experience
- Experience of running and managing end to end projects
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence senior contacts in the bank
- Previous management experience, with a proven capability in managing and motivating teams
- A strong personality , with the ability to fit into a lively and creative part of the business
