Leading financial institution with offices scanning the globe has the need for a Transaction Management specialist to sit in Treasury and be responsible for the ongoing management of wholesale debt issuance portfolios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Group Treasury's transaction management function, ensuring that all secured and unsecured debt capital market issues and hybrid capital instruments are appropriately managed post execution and that all payment obligations and regulatory / listing / compliance requirements are met.
- Management of Group Treasury's monthly operational requirements for secured funding programs, including coverage tests, monthly data and transactional flows and sign-offs, coordination of file audits, accounting agreed upon procedures, asset monitor reviews, swap compliance, etc
- Streamline operational procedures to deliver enhanced productivity and ensure that all procedures are robust and of high integrity.
- Manage Group Treasury's product approval and product variation processes.
Key competencies include:
- Significant Transaction Management experience including secured funding experience
- Extensive knowledge of secured and unsecured wholesale funding products and related swap products
- Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, make suitable recommendations, get stakeholder buy-in and implement solutions
- Leadership and time management skills
