We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Director to join our Brisbane team and to help grow the function further after a successful 2012/2013.

It is essential that you are based in Brisbane and have a very strong network to call on in the Brisbane property market.

As part of our Brisbane based Real Estate Advisory Services team, you'll develop your commercial and client skills working on high profile projects. Working autonomously and directly with clients on control and design activities, you'll build on your project management, asset management, and transaction support experience. In our friendly, collaborative environment, you'll receive the support, formal training and coaching you need to progress quickly along the career path you choose.

In your role as a REAS Executive Director you will be:

• Identifying high margin transactional opportunities to realise value and mitigate risk for our clients within the real estate asset class
• Leading the REAS team on projects focused on decision-making across major business processes and offering objective real estate based advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring
• Providing valuation-related advice in relation to the value of business or intangible asset(s) in connection with proposed commercial transactions or restructuring
• Providing tailored business solutions for the real estate asset class
• Leading teams regarding strategic (portfolio) management issues ("occupation, use, asset allocation, financing etc."), building and development issues

We're looking for people with the following experience:

• A very strong and robust network in the Brisbane property market that can be used for long term business development
• Consulting (internal/external) experience across government, private or banking commercial real estate management
• Extensive experience in the property field
• Proven leadership and team management experience
