Infrastructure Finance Associates
The team is highly successful and has already closed numerous transactions in 2013 and is generating substantial income and cross sell revenues for the bank. This is a Structured Finance team that is well renowned for delivering numerous structure for the Infrastructure Finance Sector, such as traditional project finance and whole business securitisation, across Europe and the Middle East.
The European team comprises of over 20 professionals and covers the transport, social infrastructure and the regulated utility (water/ gas/ electricity distribution) sub sectors.
I am looking for 2 candidates, whose core activities/skills include:
- Origination and execution of new transactions
- Portfolio management responsibilities.
- Associate level of experience gained from working in a Structured Finance lending or advisory team is a prerequisite.
- Run sensitivity analysis and scenarios on complex financial models.
- Covenant monitoring, loans management and reporting
- Fluency in the English is essential and ideally in either the Dutch or French.
- ACA qualifications would be highly advantageous.
