Responsibilities:
* Responsible for originating project finance transactions in the energy sector (power-focused) and overseeing deal teams through the proposal, structuring, negotiation, execution and closing phases of mandated lead arranger transactions.
* Responsible for developing the bank's business strategy for assigned clients and managing client relationships.
* Responsible for developing financing alternatives and creative solutions for clients through the cross-selling of the bank's product offerings.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree - preferably in economics, finance, accounting or engineering.
* MBA / Advanced Degree preferred.
* A minimum of fifteen to twenty years of professional work experience in some combination of project, utility, energy or structured finance or energy project development or management consulting within the energy sector including five to ten years in energy project finance in an origination/structuring role or a power MA/advisory background
